Produced by Casale Falchini, a historic estate founded in 1964 and located near San Gimignano, Tuscany. Primarily Sangiovese, with a hint of Merlot, Canaiolo and other red grapes, this wine is aged in French oak barrels for 3-4 months and further rested. Appearing as a rich ruby-red hue, pronouncing strong aromas of blackberry and other red berries. Rich and enveloping on the palate, with a dry and velvety texture. Well-integrated tannins provide structure, leading to a refined finish with subtle oak and lingering elegance.

Casale Falchini is a historic and innovative wine estate located just outside the medieval town of San Gimignano, Tuscany. Founded in 1964 by Riccardo Falchini, the estate transformed local winemaking by introducing modern techniques such as temperature controlled fermentation and stainless steel tanks.

Spread across 40 hectares of gently rolling hills, the vineyards are rooted in ancient marine soils rich with fossils, which lend a distinctive minerality and elegance to the wines. Celebrated for its refined white wines and expressive reds, like Chianti Colli Senesi. Today, the winery continues producing wines which beautifully balance tradition, innovation, and a deep respect for the Tuscan landscape.

Orders will be available to collect from our warehouse at Lowfield Farm, Ainderby Steeple, DL7 9SD. Your order will be ready to collect two hours after placing it, available Monday to Friday until 4pm.

NEXT DAY UK MAINLAND DELIVERY – £12.50
Order before 1pm (Monday – Thursday) and receive your order the next working day. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
