A Yorkshireman born and bred, Andrew has a wealth of knowledge having spent many years learning the trade in London in the 1980s and a further 30 years in Yorkshire. Andrew is always on the lookout for new and exciting wine to add to the portfolio, and can be trusted to give honest advice and recommendations on all the wines he provides.
Wine tip for the top – “Pay more, drink more”
Will Tilling
Director
Will joined the company in April 2016 and is our resident southerner. He has many years of experience in the industry, starting at Majestic Wine in the South West before moving to Avery’s of Bristol. Whilst struggling to choose a favourite wine, he has a soft spot for South Africa alongside a love of the classics of France.
A passion for cooking gives Will adequate opportunities to enjoy pairing wines with more challenging dishes. Will also enjoys rugby and cricket and says he loves living in rural Yorkshire with his wife, two young children and Georgie the Labrador.
