Frapin VSOP Grande Champagne Cognac is an elegant expression of one of Cognac’s most prestigious growing areas, crafted entirely from eaux-de-vie produced using grapes from the Frapin family estate. Rich in heritage and defined by a beautifully balanced style, it combines fragrant fruit, floral complexity and gentle oak influence. The Frapin family’s 240-hectare vineyard lies in the heart of Grande Champagne, officially recognised as Cognac’s Premier Cru. The grapes are harvested on the estate, distilled on the lees and matured at the domaine, reflecting the family’s traditional, estate-led approach to Cognac production. Ageing in Limousin oak contributes to its warm golden-amber colour and subtle vanilla character. On the nose, it reveals orange, dried flowers and delicate floral notes, while the palate is harmonious and rounded, with persistent fruit and a gently warming finish of cinnamon and pepper. A versatile Cognac for sipping neat, enjoying as an after-dinner drink or serving as a refined aperitif.
