Bright straw-yellow core with golden hues. On the nose it is broad, aromatic and seductive with aromas of acacia flowers, chamomile, yellow peach, yellow plum and melon. On the palate, the wine is elegant, showing great finesse. The mouthfeel is balanced, supported by great freshness. Tropical fruit repeats on the palate with striking minerality and a very long finish. This prized ‘white super Tuscan’ is just as prized as many of the top red wines of the region. Reminiscent of Burgundy, but with an unmistakable Tuscan authenticity, vintage after vintage attests to Querciabella’s forward-thinking winemaking. The legendary ability of Batàr to defy age and improve over time requires a careful combination of hand-selected grapes of Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco, a punctual micro-vinification regime and patient maturation in barrel.

Orders will be available to collect from our warehouse at Lowfield Farm, Ainderby Steeple, DL7 9SD. Your order will be ready to collect two hours after placing it, available Monday to Friday until 4pm.

Free delivery for orders over £150.

NEXT DAY UK MAINLAND DELIVERY – £12.50
Order before 1pm (Monday – Thursday) and receive your order the next working day. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
