More Information

Château Coupe-Roses “Les Plots” is a rich and expressive certified organic red wine crafted primarily from Syrah, balanced by Grenache and Carignan. Grown in the high-altitude, Atlantic-influenced foothills of the Montagne Noire within the Minervois appellation, the slow-ripening grapes are harvested from distinct, sun-drenched vineyard plots composed of unique clay, limestone, and schist soils. Fermented with wild yeasts and aged entirely in stainless steel to capture pure, unadulterated fruit character, this full-bodied blend. The palate is deeply concentrated yet lively, offering a fleshy structure filled with candied blackcurrant, wild Mediterranean garrigue spice, and a fine, earthy mineral core. It has a versatile profile that pairs exceptionally well with grilled lamb, roast pork with prunes, duck à l’orange, or aged mountain cheeses.
