More Information

The Pilgrim Chenin Blanc 2022, from South Africa’s western Cape is made from old-vine grapes and naturally fermented using traditional barrel and skin-contact methods. This whole-bunch wine reflects meticulous craftsmanship, expressing the purity, texture and unique character of this terroir. A careful craft of complexity, demonstrating a full body, expressing both stone and tropical fruit, with sweet flavoured undertones and some fine tannins making it great for both ageing, and equally delicious in its youth.

Pilgrim Winery is a small family-owned and run South African winery founded by Riette and Henry Kotzé. Located in the Western Cape, Pilgrim do not have their own vineyards, but instead focus on sourcing grapes from carefully selected old-vine vineyards across regions like Voor Paardeberg and Stellenbosch, that are like minded, ethical growers as their philosophy centres on sustainability, craftsmanship, and experimentation using natural processes and minimal intervention to produce expressive, small-batch wines that highlight terroir and varietal character.

Orders will be available to collect from our warehouse at Lowfield Farm, Ainderby Steeple, DL7 9SD. Your order will be ready to collect two hours after placing it, available Monday to Friday until 4pm.

FREE STANDARD UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
Free delivery for orders over £150.

NEXT DAY UK MAINLAND DELIVERY – £12.50
Order before 1pm (Monday – Thursday) and receive your order the next working day. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
