The historic wine region Saint-Chinian is one of the gems of the Languedoc, with Château Milhau-Lacugue its prized possession. An estate steeped in history, with history dating back to the Knights Templar, grower and owner Jean Lacugue strives to showcase the complexed history of this fascinating terroir. A wine that reminds of Bordeaux and the Rhône, influenced by the idyllic region of the South of France, Cuvée Magali is a harmonious combination of Grenache Noir, Syrah, and Cinsault.

A region with history dating back to the Romans and the Middle Ages, Saint-Chinian is one of the gems of the Languedoc, with Château Milhau-Lacugue its prized possession.

Once occupied by the Knights Templar when welcoming pilgrims travelling to Jerusalem or the Santiago de Compostela, grower and owner Jean Lacugue strives to showcase the complexed history of this fascinating terroir.

Located approximately 12 kilometres from the beautiful Béziers, Jean has a total of 120 hectares, with 60 hectares of vines to work with at the Château. The sunshine of southern France lends itself perfectly to the grapes grown on the south eastern slopes, ensuring optimum ripeness at harvest. The result is a wine of incredible quality and value.

Orders will be available to collect from our warehouse at Lowfield Farm, Ainderby Steeple, DL7 9SD. Your order will be ready to collect two hours after placing it, available Monday to Friday until 4pm.

NEXT DAY UK MAINLAND DELIVERY – £12.50
Order before 1pm (Monday – Thursday) and receive your order the next working day. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
