Château Réal Martin, Côtes de Provence
Château Réal Martin was in fact the property of the Abbey of Montmajour, the famous monastic community of Arles. It then passed into the hands of the famous Counts of Provence.
Mr. Jean-Marie Paul and his family acquired the estate in 2001, and they carried out the main works dedicated to the restoration of the estate; the Bastide and the wine-growing facilities, efforts rewarded with numerous medals. Château Réal Martin is highly regarded in Provence and internationally.
Organic farming is at the heart of their concerns. Respect for the terroir and the environment is the foundation of the winegrower’s work. To protect and nourish the soil, cattle, sheep and horses graze in the vineyard. This environmental approach adopted at each stage of production is in harmony with its natural environment and its balance. This allows the vines to grow fully and produce beautiful sun-kissed grapes.
