More Information
A beautifully rich and distinctive Romanian dessert wine, Conacul Ambrozy Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc is a luxurious expression of late-harvest Sauvignon Blanc from Cramele RecaÈ™. Produced from exceptionally ripe grapes left on the vine late into the autumn, this luscious wine offers an enticing combination of concentrated fruit, honeyed sweetness and refreshing acidity.
Presented in an elegant 375ml half bottle, it has a brilliant golden-yellow appearance and an expressive aromatic profile. Fragrant floral notes lead into layers of ripe quince, pear and melon, complemented by honey, delicate cinnamon spice and a subtle hint of vanilla. The palate is rounded, velvety and generous, with beautifully balanced acidity helping to offset the natural sweetness and provide a long, refined finish.
A wonderful wine to serve at the end of a meal, Conacul Ambrozy is particularly delicious with crème brûlée, fruit-based desserts, fine cheeses and pâtisserie. Its balance of richness and freshness also makes it an intriguing partner for foie gras and gently spiced Asian-inspired dishes.

Cramele Recas is one of Romania’s most prominent and forward-thinking wineries, nestled in the rolling hills of the Recas region of Western Romania. Officially established in 1998, by Philip Cox, his Romanian wife, and two other families; However, the region has a winemaking tradition which dates back as early as the 15th century.
Today, the winery aims to combine local viticultural heritage with modern winemaking techniques and international expertise. The production of their wine is large-scale, however, the quality remains at a high level, offering wines that are vibrant, juicy, approachable and consistently deliver on quality. Cramele Recas is helping redefine Romanian wine on the global stage.
