Château Coupe-Roses “Les Plots” is a rich and expressive certified organic red wine crafted primarily from Syrah, balanced by Grenache and Carignan. Grown in the high-altitude, Atlantic-influenced foothills of the Montagne Noire within the Minervois appellation, the slow-ripening grapes are harvested from distinct, sun-drenched vineyard plots composed of unique clay, limestone, and schist soils.

Produced in the Languedoc, this expressive wine combines the warmth of Mediterranean fruit with the freshness and mineral character of its elevated vineyard sites. Presented in a generous 1.5-litre magnum, it is an excellent choice for sharing over a special meal or at a gathering with friends.

Made from a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault, Les Plots red wine brings together ripe dark-fruit flavours, fragrant spice and a distinctive savoury edge. Notes of blackcurrant and candied fruit are complemented by hints of pepper and violet, while its generous palate is balanced by lively freshness and a satisfying structure.

Château Coupe Roses is a family-run estate based in La Caunette, in the heart of the Minervois appellation in the Languedoc. The estate’s vineyards are spread across a varied landscape of elevated slopes and contrasting soils, where limestone, clay and stony ground help shape the character of the wines.

The estate places great importance on working in harmony with its surroundings, with a focus on organic and biodynamic vineyard practices. Its wines aim to express the individual character of the Minervois, combining the richness of the Mediterranean climate with the freshness that comes from altitude and carefully tended vineyard sites.

Les Plots comes from south and south-west-facing parcels in the Upper Minervois, at approximately 200–350 metres above sea level. The grapes are harvested by hand, gently handled during fermentation and matured in stainless-steel tanks for around a year, preserving the wine’s fruit character and freshness.
