More Information

The foundation for the balanced The New Sauvignon Blanc from Romania is grapes from the Sauvignon Blanc variety. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly transported to the pressing house. Here, they are sorted and gently crushed. Following this, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the The New Sauvignon Blanc can harmonise for several months on the fine lees. The New Sauvignon Blanc from Cramele Recas impresses with its fresh and elegant style, enhanced by careful vinification in stainless steel tanks. The grapes come from the renowned Banat region and showcase the typical characteristics of the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety in all its glory.
