Vineyards extending east of Verona between the wine regions of Soave and Valpolicella, Vicentini Agostino have access to approximately 20 hectares of different grape varieties, including Garganega which is the variety used is this scrumptious dessert wine. The wine of Veronese tradition, Recioto di Soave is the result of hard work and dedication to the region. With production limited for only the best vintages, this is an absolute treat. Garganega grapes are left to dry for 5-6 months, concentrating the acidity and flavours, and mature in stainless steel. The result a dessert wine of great balance, with fruity and delicate hints that are underpinned by the typical almond flavour of this variety. The perfect pairing for pastries or blue cheese.

For four generations Vicentini Agostino have been farming the land with the same passion and determination with which Francesco Vicentini, founder of Agostino, bought the vineyards in Colognola ai Colli in 1929.

At the end of the 1960s, the great turning point came when Agostino decided to put his vineyard and cellar experiences to good use and release wine to the wider world. Since then, the small family winery produce some of the very best wine the region has to offer, winning awards throughout Italy and beyond.
